Our warranty is simple. We stand behind every product we produce 100% no matter whether it was purchased new or used. All STT products should last a lifetime with proper care and maintenance.

Scope Of Warranty

All San Tan Tactical (STT) products are warranted to be free from defective materials and workmanship for the life of the product. STT’s obligation under this warranty shall be limited to (1) repairing or (2) replacing any product upon inspection at STT and based on its discretion, is found to be defective in material or in workmanship.

This warranty is limited and does not extend to: careless handling, abuse and misuse, unauthorized adjustments or modifications, use of improper ammunition, excessive or unreasonable use, ordinary wear & tear, rust or corrosion, and barrel obstruction. Repairs are warranted for the duration of the original warranty and applies only to factory-built products.

User acknowledges that any technical data furnished by San Tan Tactical in connection with this order may be subject to U.S. export control laws, including but not limited to the Arms Export Control Act,

22 USC § 2778, (AECA) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations, 22 CFR 120-130, (ITAR) promulgated pursuant thereto. In this regard, User agrees that, unless it has obtained prior written consent from the U.S. Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Control (DDTC), they will not export, reexport, or transship, directly or indirectly, the goods, documentation, technical assistance, or any media in which any of the foregoing is contained, or other technology provided hereunder or the direct product thereof, to any country or to any non-U.S. citizen.

San Tan Tactical Manufacturer Disclaimer

Firearms can be dangerous when operated improperly and because of this, it is the user's responsibility to understand and implement its proper use.

San Tan Tactical is not responsible for improper and/or unsafe usage of this Product and/or any criminal use by purchaser or any other person that comes in contact with a San Tan product after purchased. San Tan Tactical is not responsible for physical or mental injury or property damage resulting from any modification of its product.

San Tan Tactical and all its entities including but not limited to management, employees and others deemed part of San Tan Tactical assumes no responsibility and or liability for careless or irresponsible handling and/or use, or by any use contrary to any/ all recommendations of any manufacture of any specific part used in conjunction with this product.

Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless all associated with manufacture and its entities including but not limited to, San Tan Tactical LLC, Sun Devil Holdings LLC, their members and employees.

Purchaser of this product agrees to follow any/all installation and maintenance instructions detailed in any manual for any part used in conjunction with this product and agrees to hold harmless and indemnify San Tan Tactical and all for any serious personal, mental injury and/or any damage to all parts used in conjunction with.

San Tan Tactical stands behind the quality, craftsmanship, and performance of every suppressor we manufacture.

Your San Tan Tactical suppressor is covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty for the life of the product, subject to the terms and conditions below.

WHAT WE COVER

At San Tan Tactical's discretion, we will repair or replace your suppressor when we determine that the failure resulted from:

A manufacturing defect
A defect in materials or workmanship
A failure occurring during normal, intended use
A manufacturing defect that causes a baffle or end-cap strike
Another failure that San Tan Tactical determines is covered under this warranty

If a covered defect is confirmed, San Tan Tactical will determine whether repair or replacement is the appropriate remedy.

BAFFLE & END-CAP STRIKES

A baffle or end-cap strike, by itself, does not establish a manufacturing defect.

San Tan Tactical will inspect the suppressor and evaluate the cause of the damage. If the damage is determined to have resulted from a covered manufacturing defect, the suppressor will be serviced or replaced under this warranty.

WHAT WE DON'T COVER

This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

INSTALLATION & MOUNTING

Improper installation, mounting, torque, or alignment
Improperly threaded, damaged, defective, or incompatible host firearms
Damaged or incompatible barrels, muzzle devices, adapters, mounts, or mounting systems
Unauthorized or improperly installed accessories
Use with a configuration not approved or published by San Tan Tactical

AMMUNITION

San Tan Tactical suppressors are designed and tested for use with ammunition meeting applicable industry standards and San Tan Tactical's published specifications.

The warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

Remanufactured ammunition
Reloaded ammunition
Handloaded ammunition
Improperly loaded ammunition
Defective or damaged ammunition
Ammunition with excessive or inconsistent pressure
Ammunition containing foreign material or components
Contaminated, improperly stored, or otherwise compromised ammunition
Ammunition outside San Tan Tactical's published specifications
Ammunition used in an unapproved caliber, firearm, barrel length, or configuration

Ammunition-related damage—including baffle strikes, end-cap strikes, erosion, structural damage, or other suppressor damage—is not covered when caused by ammunition that is defective, improperly loaded, remanufactured, reloaded, handloaded, or otherwise outside San Tan Tactical's published specifications.

USE & DAMAGE

Intentional damage, abuse, misuse, negligence, or neglect
Use outside San Tan Tactical's published specifications
Use with an unapproved caliber, firearm, barrel length, platform, or configuration
Obstructions, foreign objects, debris, or other material entering the suppressor, firearm, barrel, muzzle device, or mounting system
Failure to properly inspect, maintain, clean, store, or service the suppressor as required
Unauthorized modification, machining, drilling, welding, alteration, repair, or disassembly
Corrosion, chemical damage, or improper storage

NORMAL WEAR & LOSS

Normal cosmetic wear
Scratches, dents, finish wear, discoloration, or other cosmetic changes resulting from normal use
Loss or theft

San Tan Tactical's determination regarding the cause of damage and whether a claim is covered under this warranty will be based on its inspection of the product and the circumstances of the claim.

WARRANTY SERVICE

If you believe your suppressor has a warranty issue:

1. Stop using the suppressor if continued use could cause additional damage.

2. Contact San Tan Tactical before shipping the suppressor to us.

3. Do not attempt to repair, modify, machine, weld, or otherwise alter the suppressor unless specifically instructed by San Tan Tactical.

4. Obtain an RMA or service authorization if required by San Tan Tactical.

5. San Tan Tactical will inspect the suppressor and determine whether the issue is covered by this warranty.

6. If a covered defect is confirmed, San Tan Tactical will repair or replace the suppressor at its discretion.

For approved warranty claims, San Tan Tactical will cover reasonable return shipping costs. The customer is responsible for safely and lawfully shipping the suppressor to San Tan Tactical as instructed.

TRANSFERABLE FOR LIFE

The warranty follows the suppressor — not the original purchaser.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty is transferable to subsequent lawful owners of the suppressor for the life of the product.

No warranty registration is required.
No warranty card is required.

San Tan Tactical may request reasonable documentation establishing the suppressor's model, serial number, and lawful ownership before providing warranty service.

Transfer of the warranty does not authorize or permit any transfer of the suppressor that is otherwise prohibited by applicable law.

NON-WARRANTY REPAIR

Not every damaged suppressor is a warranty claim.

If damage is determined not to be covered by this warranty, San Tan Tactical may, at its discretion, offer repair or other service at the customer's expense.

Before performing non-warranty work, San Tan Tactical will provide an estimate or other applicable service information for customer approval.

Our goal is simple:

If something goes wrong, contact us.

We'll diagnose the problem, explain what happened, and, when possible, work with you to get your suppressor back in service.

LEGAL & NFA REQUIREMENTS

All warranty service, repairs, replacements, transfers, shipments, and other transactions involving a San Tan Tactical suppressor are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

San Tan Tactical will not perform or facilitate any warranty service, replacement, transfer, shipment, or other transaction that would violate applicable law.

The availability of warranty service or replacement may depend on the legal status of the product, the customer, the transaction, and the laws and regulations in effect at the time service is requested.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, San Tan Tactical's obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the covered product, or another remedy expressly provided by San Tan Tactical under this warranty.

San Tan Tactical will not be responsible for incidental, indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, inability to use, or failure of the suppressor, including damage to firearms, ammunition, accessories, property, loss of use, lost profits, business interruption, or other economic losses, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Some states do not allow certain limitations or exclusions of incidental or consequential damages. Where required by applicable law, those limitations will apply only to the extent permitted.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights under the laws of your state.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

The customer is responsible for:

Following all San Tan Tactical instructions and published specifications
Using approved calibers, ammunition, host firearms, barrel lengths, and configurations
Proper installation and mounting
Proper inspection and maintenance
Following applicable storage and service requirements
Discontinuing use if a problem or unsafe condition is suspected
Contacting San Tan Tactical before attempting repairs or modifications
